Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to return products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Return

- Products must be in original condition and packaging.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
